Job Title: Relationship Officer for Business
Organizational Unit: West Region, Vlora Branch
Reports to: Regional Manager & Manager of SMEs Department

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania is currently seeking to hire a dynamic and proactive Relationship Officer for Business to join West Region, located in Vlora Branch.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of SME portfolio in the Region in line with the objectives of the Bank.
  • Responsible for managing the existing portfolio and relationships with portfolio clients.
  • Responsible for analysing and evaluating financial data of businesses and preparing credit proposals.

Required experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions in the Business field and/or landing process.
Required education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business related field. A Masters’ Degree will be an additional asset.
Required competencies / skills:
  • Very good analytical and financial skills; able to interpret and calculate financial data;
  • Sales oriented; able to establish and maintain relationship with business clients;
  • Strong credit judgment with creative and flexible thinking;
  • Flexibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • A fast learner and able to be adapted quickly to a new and dynamic environment
