We are looking for full time administrative assistant / customer service assistant Working for a company based in London.

We are looking for individuals based in Tirane to join our team and office in Tirane, Albania.

Exciting opportunities for progression within the company as it grows.
We need an energetic individual who can turn their hand at many different tasks, is flexible and extremely reliable and is not afraid of learning new things.
Discreet due to the nature of the businesses UHNW / celebrity cliental and the director’s work and personal connections.
Excellent customer service, brilliant telephone manner, good organisation skills and perfect English.
Computer skills needed - ability to use: email, calendar, excel, word, outlook & PDF and additional programs (full training will be provided)
Smart phone skills needed including social media (instagram & facebook)
Able to organise and carry out a number of admin tasks and keep on top of long term outstanding tasks.
Most importantly we are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with the company.
An excellent opportunity for the right candidate to get involved and gain experience in all aspects of working in business.
