The company is growing fast and we are extending the activity in other cities in Albania. For the moment we are looking for candidates to fulfill the position of Customer Advisor in Tirane city, in Concord shopping center.

Job Duties:
- Communicate proactively with clients to identify their needs and eligibility of granting the funds
- Complete loan applications in the system and advice clients on policies and restrictions
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different timing and amount of loan
- Receives, scan and forward to back office customer’s application file
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout every interaction of the customer with our company
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and conduct conversations in a highly professional manner
Knowledge / skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Preferably age of 20-25 years old
- Able to work in different timesheets,in rotation
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field, would be an advantage
- Very good command of English language
