BIA Advisory Services Shpk is seeking to hire Female Agent travel for a well-known Albanian company.

The foreseen tasks include but not limited the following activities:
- Provide assistance to clients through a dedicated system and respond to every claim of clients;
- The Agent helps, suggests, and assists the customers on choosing a personalized travel package;
- Upon request she should provide detailed and accurate travel package information starting from airlines, hotels, resorts, rental cars, tour guides etc;
- Provide assistance to the partner agencies.

Requirements:
- Communicative and able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Able to solve problems independently, pay close attention to detail and work with confidential information;
- Customer Service experience preferably in a customer service environment;
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of one of the programs Amadeus, Galieleo, Saber is an advantage;
- Able to work independently and in team;
- Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage;
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on rotary work from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday / Saturday, with flexible shifts.
