Forschner Albania is seeking to employ experienced candidates with electrical, electronic, mechanical and automotive engineering background;
Experience should be proven by work references and diplomas;
Candidates must have excellent knowledge of English, German language would be an asset;

Main Tasks:

• Has the responsibility upon the management of Quality Standards and access to all Quality issues at Forschner Albania factory and the preparation of a work plan for the Quality Department;
• Has the obligation to stop production in case of non-fulfillment of customer requirements and also has the duty to approve goods manufactured at Forschner Albania
• It is responsible to ensure that every customer request is respected in all standards required by it (customers);
• Collaboration with the group with the engineering department for creating job instructions (production instruction documents);
• Approval of valid production, system documents
• Preparation of job descriptions and working procedures of the Quality Department
• Determining the needs (for working regulations) and drafting work regulations for the production department
• Tracking failures according to the statistical methods of financial evaluation, Pareto analysis.
• Regular Audit Plans for Factory Forschner Albania, and responsible for external customer audits
• Manages all customer complaints and monitor continually the effectiveness of the actions.(8 D report, ISHIKAWA, 5 WHY)
• Assuring the Company ISO and IATF Certifications (organization of work and standardization to achieve ISO quality standards and other norms according to the customer requirements.
• Promotes Standards of Quality in the Company and Building the Quality System according to IATF 16949
• Monitoring and controlling of all quality activities: PPAP, Control Plans, Process-FMEA, Claim Management, Audit Plan, Calibration Plan;
• Releases the register of specific customer requirements;
• Preparation documents for diferent audits;
• Hands on person, experience in Quality control and/ or technical environment;
• Excellent knowledge of MS office;
• At least three years of working experience in technical environment;
• Ability to work in a team environment and to under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills and ability tohandle multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Organized and detailed oriented, strong workethics;

Required skills and qualifications;
A degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, automotive or production engineering is normally necessary; Relevant experience or postgraduate qualifications are beneficial, Very good knowledge of Electric and Mechanical Systems, Testing and Design, Quality Standards ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949, Process FMEA ( Failure-Model -Effect-Analyzes), PPAP (Production-Part-Approval-Process), Analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Attention to Detail, Emphasizing Excellence.
