Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer
Organizational Unit: Regulatory Compliance Unit
Reports to: Head of Compliance Unit
TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group,
is currently seeking to hire a dynamic and proactive Regulatory Compliance Officer to join Compliance Unit.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the changes of the RegulatoryFramework and managing and updating the Compliance Legal Chart accordingly
2. Monitoring the timely drafting of theprocedures (from other departments) that have been defined as necessary due tolegal changes, for further reporting to the Head of Unit; Assisting the Head ofUnit in preparing Compliance draft procedures prior to submitting to ComplianceManager;
3. Assisting in the preparation of thequarterly control reports related to regulatory compliance;
4. Managing inquiries and demand ofBranches/ Departments/ Divisions related to regulatory compliance issues;
5. Managing the responses to variousinquiries from Public Penal Authorities (Judicial Authorities, HIDAA, DataProtection Commissioner, etc.) concerning customers’ personal datadeclassification at request of Compliance Manager;
6. Assisting the Head of Unit in processingof inquiries related to Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct, transparency,personal data protection, customer complaints, design of new products,advertisements of products & services
7. Follow up of FATCA and CRS requirementsas well as carrying out of controls;
8. Works with Compliance Manager (DPO)relating to business partner contracts on data protection matters.
9. Monitor compliance with the dataprotection policy of the bank, including the assignment of responsibilities,awareness-raising of your staff involved in the processing operations; Performsimpact assessment on data protection matters within the organizational unitthat is managing (leading), as per the data protection policy of the bank inforce
Required experience:
· 1 –3 years of related experience, preferably in banking or other financialinstitutions;
Required education:
· Universitydegree in Law field;
· Computerliteracy;
· Englishproficiency;
