Tirana Bank S. A. is an affiliate of Balfin Group operating in the banking sector and is one of the leading banks in Albanian market. Currently we a have a vacancy for the following position:

Job Title: Assets Management Officer
Department: Sales Unit, Recovery Banking Division
Location: Tirana, Head Office

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the repossessed assets of the bank in order to ensure efficient administration and timely resolving of the potential issues that might occurred;
  • Inspect the condition of the properties and assess the necessary maintenance by notifying the Unit and preparing reports about the maintenance needs and the actual condition.
  • Conduct a thorough review of each asset, including every information provided during the inspection, photos, status of the property and any other information that reflect the relevant status of the property.
  • Place banners/sings for sale in every property and identification of their absence on a monthly basis.
  • Serve as REO’s Representative in the bailiffs' property delivery by preparing a detailed reporting of the property status.
  • Conduct periodic contacts on a monthly basis with Brokers and Local Buyers.
  • Maintain the database of every property and report to the Head of Unit.
  • Perform any other duty that is delegated to the employee by the supervisor.

Required Experience:

  • Similar working experience in assets management companies

Qualifications and skills:

  • University Degree in Economics, Architecture or Engineering.
  • Very good knowledge of English written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs as well as Google map/earth etc.
  • Available to travel for business purposes;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues with different clients
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Reporting and planning skills
