Required Qualifications:
Working to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.
Previous internship experience or office environment work experience preferred;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high -degree of confidentiality;
Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated critical thinking skills;Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently and with a team;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Ability to work at least 25 hours per week;
Very good knowledge of English language
