We are seeking for hiring:
DRIVER
Position Title: Driver
Duty Station: Tirana, Albania
Condition of Employment: Full-time based in Tirana Office, with frequent field visits
Estimated Start Date: 01/10/ 2019
IR Albania has zero-tolerance approach to any harm or any fraudulent practice or behavior. It is committed to the protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) of vulnerable adults and children, involving IRA employees and related personnel, representatives or partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Maintain a logbook of vehicle movement, its mileage, servicing, petrol consumption and general vehicle condition.
· To be responsible for the safe driving, vehicle and passengers and to follow the national driving rules, regulations and the approved speed limits.
· Ensure that vehicles are checked daily and weekly, and that they are correctly maintained.
· Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, inside and outside, at all times.
· Distribute different letters, packages to and from project office and to other partners
· To inform supervisor if any default in the vehicle.
· Assist office in coordinating field visits.
· To make sure the vehicle insurance certificate, as well as the fire extinguishers are not expired.
· To keep good appearance of yourself and the vehicle.
· Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:
1. Complete of high school education, university degree will be an advantage, valid driving license, at least 3 years driving experience previous related work experience.
2. Good Albania geographical knowledge.
3. Good oral and written communications in English and Albania language are mandatory.
4. Well-developed interpersonal and team skills and proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
5. Basic working knowledge of IR operational area.
6. Sympathy with the aims and objectives of Islamic Relief.
7. Commitment to humanitarian principles and action.
8. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
9. Willing to travel and work beyond working hours to meet deadlines.
