For our Spanish market we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on affiliate email marketing.
We are looking for a talented candidate who will take the lead with our email marketing strategies.
Main duties (for all of the below you will have a full training) :

For our Spanish market we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on affiliate email marketing.
We are looking for a talented candidate who will take the lead with our email marketing strategies.
Main duties (for all of the below you will have a full training) :
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building database selection, HTML manipulation and optimization.
- Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
- Database and newsletters monetization and development of a lead generation strategy
- Manage a team of Affiliate Executives, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
- Oversee all affiliate campaigns
- Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering revenue volume
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies.
- Ensuring all campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Coordinate with sales team and other teams for best practices and to deliever the campaign through all channels
- Work with leadership to determine goals; report on sales revenue and develop and present reports on a weekly basis
Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
- A good level of writing/speaking/understanding of Spanish , English (Italian would be a plus too)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work with a timeline and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments at once
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
