[FONT="]Key responsibilities will include:

·[FONT="]To ensure that Casino expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services. [/FONT]
·[FONT="]To assist in keeping inventories as low as possible to properly supply the operation’s needs and maximize inventory turnover and space utilization.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]To ensure that inventory items are stored properly and minimize wastage and spoilage.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]To be aware of all costs in the Purchasing Department and to recommend measures to control these.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]To enforce all operating and control procedures to ensure that the movement of goods into and within the Casino is properly accounted for.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]To conduct interviews with suppliers’ representatives and to obtain information, specifications and quotations on any item required. [/FONT]
·[FONT="]To handle all correspondence, negotiation and procurement to the best advantage of the Casino. [/FONT]
·[FONT="]To select reliable regular suppliers for all inventory items and to obtain weekly or bi-weekly price lists for daily produce and other food and beverage suppliers.[/FONT]

Qualifications:
[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other business-related field[/FONT]
·[FONT="]At least two years of relevant experience in the field.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Excellent skills in both spoken and written English as well as PC Applications[/FONT]
