For both positions
General Skills (mandatory):

Object oriented programming (Java, .NET)
Web Services (SOAP/REST)
English and/or Italian fluent speaking
Availability for travel

Advantages:
ECM experience (Documentum, OpenText, Sharepoint, Alfresco, FileNet etc.)
Process Modeling (BPMN)
Web Developer / Web Designer
Team Leading / Project Management /
SAP Experience (consultant and/or developer)
