Profesionisti Recruitment Agency is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Sector Manager. In this role, you will be accountable to manage all aspects of the business and deliver the profit, whilst enhancing the reputation of the company with clients.
Duties and Responsibility:
- To effectively manage the personnel, ensuring that all individuals are set and achieve individual performance targets, all individuals are developed and motivated to maximize their contribution.
- To develop good management practices that ensures the company is always competitive, professional and has a reputation as the leader in the Albanian recruitment sector.
- To collaborate with the Recruitment Managers and other team in developing and promoting very good recruitment management practices throughout Profesionisti Recruitment Agency that ensures the company is always developing the quality of it’s offerings and enhancing the efficiency of it’s operations.
- To proactively service the needs of clients and, in particular, ensure that quality of the clients’ recruitment campaigns and the customer satisfaction levels always exceed expectations.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record as a leader, preferably in the recruitment consultancy and/or human resources sectors, with high commercial experience level.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills to develop and implement the business strategies and policies.
- Ability to handle different projects in the same time.
- Proven communication skills; able to convey the messages in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail; demonstrating attentiveness to all aspects of a task or process, alert and accurate.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must be fluent in English.
