Store Adviser
To promote company products and services in line with the brand guidelines and policies defined by the company, in order to achieve the commercial targets.

Delivering results:
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company

Customer Satisfaction:
• Promoting & developing customer satisfaction practices
• promote prepay/post-paid products, Services ,terminals and accessories.
• Follow up the customer complaints on company products and services
• Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner
• Build customer loyalty Administration
• Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms
• Inform on any mal-functioning of all operations in shops

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Education / Experience
– Business university degree preferred
– Experience in sales
– Knowledge of English and Albanian Language

• Specific Knowledge:
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly
– Ability to work within the target set
– Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service.
– Ability to perform within a group
– Knowledge of Mobile Devices Technology and most popular applications.
• Business Understanding:
– Good understanding of the area
– Understanding of the telecom business
- Understanding of the telecom market and applications
