ATL Communications Brand Manager
Scope of Work: To plan, coordinate and manage the concept and development of Vodafone Albania’s communication campaigns for existing and new tariffs, offers, products and services.
Main Job Accountabilities
§ In compliance with company procedures and in cooperation with the brand team and company’s creative agency, prepares communication campaigns regarding the launches of new products, services, tariffs of the company
§ Prepares input for annual communication roadmap, as per tariff, products and services roadmap
§ In cooperation with project owner and marketing research colleagues prepares creative brief and submits to creative agency
§ Cooperates with the respective agency to develop communication campaigns
§ Successfully delivers the final product
§ Supports Retail Communication Manager for the communication of relevant campaigns at in-store levels.
§ Follows up with the latest communication developments and cooperates with the relevant functions to make sure that communication is developed accordingly.
§ Ensures that every piece of communication is according to brand guidelines and delivers the brand idea

§ Reporting: prepares relevant monthly reporting documentation about communication campaigns
Profile Requirements
§ 2-3 year experience in sales
§ University Degree in Business Administration
§ Strong communication and organizational skills
§ Dynamic personality and exceptional creative skills
§ Ability to deliver efficiently under time pressure.
§ Self-motivation and initiative are essential combined with problem solving capability
§ An excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
§ Knowledge of the advertising industry and preferably of telecommunications market
§ 2-3 year experience in sales
§ University Degree in Business Administration
§ Strong communication and organizational skills
§ Dynamic personality and exceptional creative skills
§ Ability to deliver efficiently under time pressure.
