Basic requirements:
· Experience which may include any customer-focused work such as catering, bar or retail work.
· Proficiency in English level. Another language (Italian/German) would be a plus.
· A friendly personality, with a genuine desire to help and please others
· Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
· The ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
· Flexibility and a 'can do' mentality
· Energy and patience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages
