Purpose of position:
Sales representatives are one of the key tools of Sales, and their role to increase the customer base and directly contribute at increasing the profit of the Company.
Main Tasks:
Responsible for giving effective and high quality service to every customers that enters in Point of Sale
Deal with complaints from customers
Discover and handle concerns from customers
Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information
as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company
Advertise and sell products and services of the company to current and perspective customers
Skills:
Bachelor degree
Customer oriented people
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Able and willing to work in team
Willing to work under pressure
Technology awareness
