Decision Support Specialist
Purpose of position:
Utilize and collate relevant data, structure and maintain them into databases and ultimately produce meaningful reports that will add insights to different aspect of business performance as well as inform decision making.
Duties
[*=left]Prepare the monthly shops performance report;
[*=left]Collect traffic, revenues, costs data relating to fixed and mobile products/tariff plans;
[*=left]Prepare the monthly database in relation with the performance of fixed and mobile products/tariff plans;
[*=left]Update the database to account of new products/tariff plans;
[*=left]Prepare the product/tariff performance report;
[*=left]Input traffic, revenue and cost data into the Product Category assessment model;
[*=left]Prepare the Product Category performance report;
[*=left]Improve the allocation basis for items in the Product Category Performance model;
[*=left]Assess the viability of new products launches and other initiatives;
[*=left]Follow and asses major products launches against objectives and expected targets;
[*=left]Asses major Marcom campaigns against initially set objectives;
[*=left]Follow through with projects for establishing the capture, processing and report of additional data that will add insight into profitability at customer and product level;
[*=left]Assess specific corporate contract agreements for viability and commercial sense;
[*=left]Add hock reports to other teams within company
[*=left]Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
[*=left]Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP;
[*=left]Very good meeting the deadlines;
[*=left]Good communication skills;Available to work overtime when necessary
Experience
[*=left]At least 1 year experience in similar position;
Education
[*=left]University Degree in Finance/Business Administration;
