[h=2]Job Overview[/h][h=2]Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Provide business analysis by designing and implementing customer interviews and translating them into flow cases from both the user experience point of view and the system point of view. Develop use cases related to the requirements and translate them into flow charts that inherit logic and intuitively to support the developers. Design class diagrams for software requirements. Write SRS (software requirements specifications) for macro software design and development.[/h]

Tests & Interviews
You have to be able to participate in a couple of online and local tests in order to demonstrate your skillset. These tests require logical and intuitive thinking in terms of pragmatical solutions and also a demonstration of theoretical understanding of the concepts involved. Secondly, you will participate in a psychological test and a close or remote interview.

- Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
- Define solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers. Validates results by testing programs.
- Prepare SWOT analysis of scenarios and different alternatives.
- Design flow charts based on SRS.
- Design class diagrams based on SRS.
- Design and write functional requirements based on SRS.
- Design and follow use-case diagrams with local developers based on SRS.
- Design and data-models and provide analysis for data sciences based on the project requirements.
- Translate client’s needs and requirements into clean and understandable design.
- Implement design based on current and existing software architecture and implementations.
- Provide good documentation of the methods that you are using and the development scope designed through those methods.
- Use Scrum methodology while developing with a group of developers and product managers throughout the lifecycle of the project.

- Past experience as core system developer is a must and strongly desired. Understanding first-hand the development process and needs.
- Any studies in mathematics and analytics are a bonus.
- Strong logical arguing and problem solving based on pre-analysis of solution.
- Ability to write intuitively and divide a solution into small chunks.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and designing solutions around them.
- Good understanding of network load and resource consumption and optimization.
- Strong understanding of real-time operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent topics.
- Amazon Web Services infrastructure understanding or previous experience in solutions designing with it is strong bonus.
- At least 2 to 3 (two to three) years of experience or demonstration of a previous project where you acted as analyst & designer.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English B2 or C1 level is a requirement.
- Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to your audience whomever that may be.
- Experience with agile development practices and Scrum.
