INTERNATIONAL GROUP CALL is looking for an Operations specialist who speaks fluently Spanish to join its base in Tirana.
Tasks:
✓ Services quotations
✓ Booking services through our Reservation system
✓ Looking after travelers and booked services at destination
Responsabilities:
➢ Learning about all the services and destinations we offer
➢ Learn about our product in order to offer tailor-made-solutions to each client
➢ Being able to provide our clients with a wide range of information about itineraries, destinations and cultural events
➢ Touristic services operation
➢ Client’s satisfaction monitoring
Requirements
➢ Language skills: Good level of SPANISH is a MUST !
➢ Good communication skills (via email, telephone, etc…)
➢ Flexible and open-minded, a person who is looking for new challenges with positive attitude
➢ Able to deal with challenging situations
➢ Enthusiastic about arts, culture, monuments, travel industry
➢ Natural ability to establish good relationship with suppliers
➢ Ready to take full responsibility for his/her job
➢ Not feeling intimidate by numbers/figures, but interested to work with it
