Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for directing and managing all day to day Marketing of the company for Jumbo in Albania and other region countries ( Kosovo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro), PR and actively participates in Product Development processes. She/he is ready to develop appropriate marketing plans and implementing the necessary commercial activities and promotions to achieve the company’s objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing strategies;
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback;
- Prepare and adhere to budgets;
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;
- Gather and analyze customer insight;
- Support and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share;
- Engage consumers on social media;
- Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization;
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms;
- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics;
- Engage other organizations within the community;
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Other Job Functions:
- Participates in any training program in and out the country;
- Ensures all the required reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields;
- Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experience in similar trading company.
Additional qualifications:
- Mobility – the job entails frequent travel;
- Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent standard.
