| 1. L3 MicrosoftTeams - MUST demonstrate proven past experience on Lync and Skype for Business – Including Data, Voice and Messaging | |||
| 2. Upgrading, installing, configuring, designing and migrating to Microsoft Teams & Enterprise Voice | |||
| Technical Requirements | |||
| 1. Good knowledge on Active Directory Domain Services | |||
| 2. Experience in Planning, designing, deploying and configuring Lync Server 2010, Lync 2013, Skype for Business and Enterprise Voice | |||
| 3. Cisco Call Manager, VoIP a plus | |||
| 4. Experience in setting up Standard and Enterprise edition of Lync 2010, Lync 2013,Skype for Business and knowledge on deploying Remote Site and Central Site | |||
| 5. Good knowledge on the working for SBC, SBA, Director Server, Hands-on Troubleshooting SBA complex issues, capacity planning, certificates | |||
| 6. Able to think critically and logically under pressure to resolve technical issues. | |||
| 7. Experience in integrating Lyncand Skype for Business with Exchange and SharePoint | |||
