Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Volkswagen, ŠKODA, SEAT, Audi and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Albania. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.

Therefore we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:


General Manager’s Assistant



  • Serving as an office information manager (coordinating telephone, mail, email);
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments for General Managers
  • Handling travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, etc.) for staff and General Mangers
  • Arranging and providing hospitality for guests, colleagues outside and inside the country (accommodation, airport pickup, etc.)
  • Organizing and preserving paper and computer files (documentation) for Porsche Albania and General Managers
  • Writing correspondence (information distribution as well as translation)
  • Handling supplies – procurement, administration and invoice handling (e.g. office supply, cantina consumable, furniture, first aid medications, etc.)
  • Managing the premises (coordinating of cleaning, maintenance works, laundry, keys, flowers, etc.)
  • Operating office equipment (copy, fax, printing machines)
  • Developing spreadsheets, plan statistical reports, perform research, produce presentations, reports, and documents with use of desktop publishing software and computer graphics for General Mangers and Porsche Albania
  • Managing projects and establishing priorities and action plans while maintaining the flexibility to adjust these to accommodate new or more pressing organizational demands when necessary.
  • Calendar managements for meetings / appointments in and out of the country for General Managers
  • Assist General Managers in meetings and preparing presentations (Power Points) and protocols

- university degree (preferable Economics/Business Administration/Foreign Language ect);
- foreign language competence –English (excellent), German (is an asset);
- computer literacy with MS programs;
- friendly, proactive and initiative attitude;
- consciously strive to establish and maintain positive working relationships and networks with others, both internally and externally;
- valid driving license;
