The successful candidate should:
- Be fluent in English (French is a bonus)
- Be consumer driven
- Be organized and friendly
- Choose from schedules: 1 PM to 10 PM or 10 pm to 7 AM.
Duties:
- Live chat with ecommerce website to respond to client enquiries and provide support.
- Provide customer support via email and help desk system.
