Logistic and Supply Specialist

Purpose of position:

Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes, managing import and export via external distribution teams.


Main Duties

  • Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export and supply chain security.
  • Follow up with custom for duties refund.
  • Manage all documents in relation to customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments regarding the shipment.
  • Get Declaration Form, Invoice and other documents and prepare an import/export file.
  • Prepare and follow up permissions & exemptions. Prepare all requirements in case of dangerous goods.
  • Follow up with suppliers for related documents.
  • Perform periodically the inventory process for Albtelecom Shops and other sales units in Tirana and Regions.
  • Prepare respective inventory reports and present it to management and sale units.
  • Follow up and coordinate with respective teams for the remedy measures to be taken as a result of the inventory process.

Skills

  • Ability to travel out of Tirana when needed;
  • Good command of English Language;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Good communication skills, team work and collaboration;
  • Overtime when is needed;

Experience

  • At least 3 years of previous work experience

Education

  • University Degree
