REGIONAL PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Job Duties:
- Develops and maintains the portfolio of business partners
- Searchs,negotiates and concludes collaboration agreements with new partners,in order to sell their products/services with IuteCredit Albania financing
- Manages daily activities,meetings with potential Partners
- Attends meetings with clients to build relationships with existing Partners
- Organizes trainings for Partners,in order to explain IuteCredit financing and procedure
- Proposes and follows activities related to marketing for each Partner
- Prepares activity & production reports
- Alerts the sales team to opportunities for further sales
- Works closely with other PRM in the department to achieve the target
- Escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by Partners
- Daily activity is mainly organized out of office
Knowledge and skills required:
- Exceptional sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build B2B relationship
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge
- Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Reporting skills
- Previous experience working as a business relationship manager or a track record of managing business relationships
- Driver’s license and his/her own vehicle
Education/ Experience:
- University degree on Business/Marketing/Business/ others
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales management position
- Fluent in English
