This position will play a critical role in the success of the company by ensuring excellent customer service is provided to customers, prospects, and internal team members. A variety of responsibilities are associated with the position including but not limited to:



  • Maintaining accountability for financial metrics & objectives.
  • Supporting the sales team on internal operations and sales initiatives.
  • Conducting market/industry research and reporting findings to management.
  • Identifying new business development initiatives.
  • Creating, driving, & supporting new sales techniques.
  • Engaging incoming clients with services.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in business or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years of managing Sales professionals.
  • Successful experience in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating the preparation/costing of new product quotes.
  • Understand and working knowledge of the relationship between sale price, cost, gross margin, and contribution margin.
