Technical support
Roles and responsibilities:

-You will be responsible for the coordination and communication of all affected parties in the support process
-Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk
-Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support
-The Service Desk Agent must ensure the support team members close out their work orders properly
-Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Qualifications and experience:


  • Fluent spoken and written English General understanding of various network components
  • Able to work in a 3-shift model
  • At least three years of experience in the required field

    Optional requirements
  • Knowledge in German language.
  • Linux administration experience
