BSS ENGINEER

Main duties of the position:
· Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of BSC Core Network equipment
· Responsible for daily operations, analysis of alarms, KPI reports, planned Software & Hardware upgrades and troubleshooting
· Be part of network quality and optimization works by means of improving BSC Hardware & Software and data configurations

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

· Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering
· At least two years of previous job experience in GSM/BSS operations
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
· Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Very good communication skills
· Able to work in team
· Ability to learn fast
· Willing to work overtime

FO TECHNICIAN

Main duties of the position:

· Monitor alarms in whole network
· Make initial analysis of alarm or customer complaint and contact with relevant engineer or group if needed
· Inform relevant people in the company and updating with the result
· Open TT and follow until its resolved (if necessary)

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor degree is considered an advantage
• Previous job experience in similar jobs[/font]
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Very good communication skills
• Able to work in team
• Ability to learn fast
• Willing to work in shift
