Job Function:
The main purpose of this job is to ensure the customer receives the highest quality of services. To
assist the operational running of the bar and ensure that staff are fulfilling their duties to the best
of their abilities:
- To provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety
- Ensure high standards and efficiency of work
- Maintain strict stock and financial control
Supervise the smooth running of the bar
- Ensure excellent bar service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain the standards in speed and quality of service
- Assist in the trainings, inductions and monitoring of bar staff
- Provide supervision and assist in a timely and accurate completion of tasks in relation to: a) Tills to follow, all Till and Cashing up procedures and ensure all staff are following these correctly and b) Detailed check of deliveries for accuracy and quality of product
- Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained at all times
- Complete required cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily and weekly tasks sheet, ensuring the work has been completed to a high standard
Skills and Other Requirements:
- Leadership mentality and experience
- Outgoing, friendly, warm and hospitable personality
- Responsible individual who is success, quality and revenue oriented
- Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written (additional language German or Italian are definitely a plus)
- MICROS (software) knowledge
- A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
