We are looking for an office receptionist for the "COSMO LANGUAGE CENTER" on the St.Petro Nini Luarasi next to "Shkolla e Baletit" , St Elbasanit.
The receptionist will report to the office manager and will be responsible for office administration including:

  • answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • managing databases
  • prioritizing workloads
  • implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • logging or processing bills or expenses
  • acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
The job will be part time, with hours to be worked between 15.00 am and 20.00 pm Monday to Friday.
