The ideal candidate for this position would have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Teaching students English using the latest teaching methods;
- Preparing assignments and activities that would help students use the language every day;
- Teaching business English to the staff;
- Preparing exams and grading the students’ assignments and exams;
- Organizing the lessons in an engaging manner
The candidate should be able to fulfil the following requirements:
- Good communication skills;
- Good instruction skills. The candidate should be able to explain new ideas and unfamiliar concepts with authority and in a clear and concise way;
- Good people skills. The candidate should be able to keep the attention of the students, engage them in the lessons, etc;
- Good time management skills;
- Experience in teaching English to adults
- Good knowledge of the business etiquette and business English.
