Compensation & Benefits Specialist
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist's primary responsibility is to coordinate and control the data received from the respective units on the compensation of employees, prepare and process the payrolls. Supervise and manage labor relations with employees and third parties (different institutions / agencies) ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and company's internal regulations.

Compensation & Benefits Specialist
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist's primary responsibility is to coordinate and control the data received from the respective units on the compensation of employees, prepare and process the payrolls. Supervise and manage labor relations with employees and third parties (different institutions / agencies) ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and company's internal regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily coordinate and deliver services on issues related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Consistently, accurately process employee salaries and benefits, keeping track of hour rates, OT, deductions, bonuses, annual leave, medical reports, social and health contributions, etc., with the assistance of payroll software.
- Explain benefits and payroll process to new employees; as planned annual holidays coordination and monitoring.
- Remain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirements at all times.
- Manage employee database and provide information for different reporting needs.
- Communicate and address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree in Economic Sciences.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a pay specialist.
- Very good knowledge of laws and regulations in force.
- Reliability and confidentiality.
- Very good organizational skills, attentive to details.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English or Italian.
- Very good knowledge in MS Office, Excel and systems.
