Revenue Assurance Specialist/Senior Specialist

Purpose of Position
Analyzing every tariff plan, new offer, service, bundle which are Launched by Marketing, after the implementation, to detect all the anomalies that may arise due to wrong implementation from the BSS Side.


Main Tasks

• Analyzing every tariff plan, new offer and bundle proposed by Marketing to identify possible revenue lockage’s and fraud risks. Give feedback to Marketing and create new points of control to mitigate these risks.
• Controls at corporate customer level between Sales, Finance and Networks for ensuring the services offered are conform the terms of the contract, the charging is done properly and the capacities offered are conform the contract terms too.
• Take part in the prebilling controls. Sample invoices are controlled before and after the billing cycle and checked for ensuring correct invoicing. The results from the controls are communicated to BSS Operation Team for corrective actions if necessary.
• Controls at wholesale partner level between Interconnect, Finance and Networks for ensuring the services offered are conform the terms of the contract, the charging is done properly and the capacities offered are conform the contract terms too.
• Interacting with the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Team under finance and fulfilling all the business requests arising from their side
• Analysis of interconnect, roaming and all kinds of revenues and possible bypass scenarios related with the interconnect billing and invoicing.
• Periodical comparison of data through different platforms in order to ensure correct charging and accurate billing of different services.
• Arrange for shipment/freight for materials ordered from overseas suppliers
• Tariff simulation works for optimization and impact analysis. Parallel charging executions in periodical basis for detecting anomalies with the normal charging.

Skills

• Very Good knowledge in database programming and design;
• Good knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL server
• Windows services using C# and/or JAVA
• Excellent Skills of Microsoft Office Package
• Strong analytics skills,
• Capable to set priorities, ability to work under pressure, strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Very good knowledge of English language

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in similar position.

Education

• University Degree in Economy, Business Informatics Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
