Customer Service Coordinator

Main responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate company service model and campaign change team
  • Co-operation with the CS Supervisor and reporting quality of all logistics to Country Sales Manager
  • Co-ordinate, manage and direct the telephone from Customers
  • Oversees the maintenance of customer complaint records and the steps taken to resolve problems
  • Ensures and maintain a positive customer focus attitude
Requirements:
  • Customer service background
  • To be able to solve problems, considering the company's policy
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • A keen sense for details
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
  • Team player
  • Pro-active and result oriented
  • Excellent communications skills
