GAME Designer : Position Summary:
Yosware Studio serve as the primary driving force behind the design of innovative video slot games.
They manage the design process for multiple casino slot games from concept through approval by creating the play and presentation for our world class slot & skill-based games.
Our Game Designers work collaboratively within their studio to create compelling game mechanics, themes and presentations that will perform well in the slot gaming market space.
Using their creativity, technical skills and knowledge of slot game mechanics and game flow, they partner closely with our dedicated Mathematicians, Artists, Sound Designers and SW Engineers to create and produce games for the global casino/gaming market space.
They regularly visit casino floors and gaming shows, as part of their regular responsibilities, in order to track gaming trends and keep informed about new products.
They strive to create high performing titles that exceed player expectation.
2 to 5 years’ experience required for success in this role:
Familiarity with gaming mathematics and their influence on the play experience. Knowledge of slot games, game mechanics and game flow (online or land based)
Prior experience as a Game Producer or Game Designer of video slot titles. All Game Designers have a working knowledge of MS Office and Visio.
Personality needed for success in this role:

You are creative and know how to create compelling slot game features. You are detail oriented and able to work on multiple games concurrently.
You can learn in a team-based, fast-paced environment!
You are eager to be a Slot Game Designer & you have terrific interpersonal skills
You have excellent communication skills!
You’re comfortable with the idea of gambling (the role conducts field research very regularly)

Coding expertise (if needed we can teach you any code related information you’ll need to know; for everything else…we have SW Engineers)
