Main Job Responsibilities:
- The Store Manager manages the total operation of their assigned store and supervises the store and employees
- Creates and maintains an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals
- Analyzes and reviews goal attainment and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure staff is trained in service and artistic skills as established by the company
- Ensures staff delivers consistent, excellent service in accordance with our standards
- Recruits, hires and develops top Artist and management professionals, maintaining an active candidate pool
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions to communicate objectives, performs thorough and timely staff reviews
- Control all store expenses within budget guidelines
- Follows and implements all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels
Required qualifications/skills:
- Minimum high school education, college background preferred
- Five years retail experience, cosmetic preferred, one-two years management experience required
- Ability to train and coach employees and customers and function in a fast-paced environment
- Embrace the brand’s philosophy
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing and supervising people
- Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change
- Cosmetic/make-up artistry experience
