Sea Freight Import Export Assistant
Key pillars:
To assist the Sea Freight Director in the smooth running of all activities in the Departments; and to provide prompt and efficient support to all clients as required.
Specifically will be responsible for:
- Work with all modes of transport to include LTL, T/L, freight forwarders and brokers
- Build out loads for deliver, laying out freight truck space to easily and efficiently deliver multiple shipments
- Dispatch shipments
- Handle daily sales inquiries
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Assist Director and the department with daily tasks
- Hold a relevant degree on Business Administrations, Marketing or related areas;
- Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English (speaking and writing);
- Computer proficient in MS Office
- Ability to calmly and professionally handle stressful situations
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of service.
- It would be preferred to have 1 year of Experience in sales and related areas;
