We are looking for staff in the position of:
Leasing/Customer Service Specialist

Purpose of the position

  • To serve customers;

Main Duties

  • Give all the information and service to the clients by consulting with them.
  • Fill in loan request letters and present them on committee.
  • Evaluate cars and make contracts.
  • Keep documents in organized way, double-check and archive them according to procedure.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Business Administration;
  • Knowledge of Office Programs – Microsoft Office
  • English language;
  • Working experience in banks or other financial institutions.
