Branch Manager for Durres City:
The jobholder will report to Branch Coordinator and is responsible for:
- The administration of the local branch
- Implementation of company policies and procedures locally.
- Management, monitoring and implementation of the local business activities.
- Locally implement the rollout process in Durres in coordination with Technical Department in Head office.
- Implement and monitor branch objectives and targets as defined by Head Office.
- Management of the local purchases as per company procedures.
- Managing, securing the branch assets such as property, plant and equipment, cash and banks, coordination of all local logistic activities
- Maintain effective relationship with local government and other local institutions and local business.
- Implement promo/pricing activities in alignment with Marketing and Sales Department in Head Office
- Recruitment and supervision of local staff in close collaboration with the relevant section of the Head office.
- Monitoring and reviewing staff performance and achievement on regular basis.
- University Degree in Business Administration, other Degree in Computer Science is considered advantage.
- Proven team management skills, effective communication
- Practical relevant experience
