Duties and responsibilities

Administrative Assistant


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Translate from Albanian to Italian/English and vice versa

Qualifications


  • Have completed Higher Education (social/economics science or foreign language branch).
  • Have very good knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Candidates with similar work experience (over 3-5 years) are preferred.
  • Have very good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Have very good knowledge of the office package.

Work Conditions


  • Timetable Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.30, Saturday 09.00 – 13.00
  • The transportations is guaranteed by the company
  • Friendly environment
