Job position: Retail Coordinator

Summary: A Retail Coordinator ensures that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily KPI objectives across all jumbo stores in Kosovo, Bosnia- Hercegovina & Albania
- Prepares different reports for CEOs’;
- Collect information from stores and collate into standardized reports;
- Researches, gathers, analyze, and prepares data for a wide variety of reporting;
- Prepares customs invoices for each incoming truck and solves any problems related to them;
- Takes care of various coordination of processes for some departments in regards to the truck deliveries;
- Prepare monthly reports on differences for each truck, for Jumbo Kosovo, Bosnia- Hercegovina & Albania;
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations);
- Keep continuous correspondence and is responsible for resolving any problems with Headquarter of Jumbo Greece;
- Coordinates processes between Jumbo Greece and Jumbo Kosovo, Bosnia- Hercegovina & Albania;
- Effectively communicate to all stores for various issues, processes & procedures align with the company standards;
- Assists with coordination of maintaining and updating the departments processing and procedures;
- Works with suppliers to ensure product availability, distribution planning and to solve price problems or any other issues;
- Performs other duties as assigned;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields
- Work Experiences: At least 1 years work experience in similar trading company;
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
- Numeracy and literacy skills
