Position: Support Specialist
Job Type: Full Time/Part Time
Location: Tirana


Main Responsibilities:

· Monitor and participate in Crypto Currency Chat community
· Outline key issues and problems, provide report to relative managers
· Provide online support to Crypto Currency customers
· Provide basic technical support to customers


Minimum Requirements:

· Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills;
· Strong English Speaking and Writing skills is a must;
