[FONT=&quot]The Facility Manager (Director of Technical Dept.)[/FONT][FONT=&quot] is a member of the Executive Team and is responsible for all issues related to the [/FONT][FONT=&quot]implemen[/FONT][FONT=&quot]t of[/FONT][FONT=&quot] service[/FONT][FONT=&quot]s[/FONT][FONT=&quot], [/FONT][FONT=&quot]establish[/FONT][FONT=&quot] of[/FONT][FONT=&quot] engineering standards[/FONT][FONT=&quot], and supervision of all maintenance and repairs in the Hospital’s facilities.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The Candidate will:[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Manage and coordinate technical operations at Hygeia Hospital Tirana ;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Determine fiscal requirements, prepare budgetary recommendations and monitor and reconcile expenditures of budgeted funds;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Develop and implement service fees and billing procedures to recover expenses; provide technical consultation as necessary;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Supervise technical staff in carrying out the responsibilities of their operational areas;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Provide consultation and establish engineering standards for electronic equipment to be installed including designing, wiring diagrams and ensuring that network of equipment is compatible;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Manage the implementation of electronic equipment such as micro computers and peripheral equipment within Auxiliary Services and in other areas as assigned;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT] Set up repair programs in accordance with engineering plan;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Plan and schedule work for subordinate supervisors to include assigning projects, determining requirements for operations and ensuring adequate staffing, space and facilities for performance of work;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Manage various personnel functions including, but not limited to, hiring, training, merit recommendations, promotions, transfers;
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

[FONT=&quot]Education:[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Bachelor’s degree program in Technical (Electrical or Mechanical Engineer) or a related field.
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]A [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Master’s degree in a related field [/FONT][FONT=&quot]is [/FONT][FONT=&quot]considered an asset.[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Fluency in Albanian and English is mandatory. [/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Understanding (spoken and written) Greek is considered an asset.[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Computer (PC) literacy mandatory (Excel/Word).[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
