Prospect C&S is looking for a Financial Reporting and Accounting (Specialist) position for an international company, market leader in Albania and Kosovo.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the potential candidate will manage the reporting and accounting requirements and ensures compliance with external and internal accounting principles on a timely and accurate basis.

Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the potential candidate will manage the reporting and accounting requirements and ensures compliance with external and internal accounting principles on a timely and accurate basis.
Major Accountabilities:
- Manages and oversees the daily operations of finance and accounting responsibilities
- Ensures accurate and timely accounting bookings of financial documentations, invoices, cash receipts, fixed asset, General Ledger in SAP in compliance with all internal and external regulations.
- Ensures accurate and timely month end closing processes, in line with the requirements.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Provides required data for all internal audits.
- Observe strictly any and all applicable internal and external regulations, acts and procedures, including, but not limited to: Internal Rules, Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship, local industry code etc.,
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely and accurate information on the General Ledger
- Timely and accurate month end closing
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in accounting, at least 3-5 years;
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases, Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Ability to plan and manage under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Great attention to detail
- Bachelor / Master University degree in Accounting / Finance;
- Good knowledge – written and spoken – in English;
