CREATIVE ASSOCIATE

Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Strategy and Business Development teams locally and regionally to create and develop new business opportunities
• Support the Executive Creative Director in overall strategic and creative development.
• Concepts, develops and manages a “best in class” creative product
• Translates marketing objectives into creative strategies, present and sell to client
• Assesses needs, scopes of project and designs cost models for creative services and contributes to managing P&L
• Risk/issue management and resolution
Preferred Profile:
• 3+ years of industry experience in a well established, creative role with a proven track record of success, agency experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree required in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Graphic Design; Journalism, Communications or Marketing
• Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers
• Knowledge of direct marketing, online advertising, and web experiences, with proven conceptual and design abilities
• Must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques
• Possess a deep understanding in at least one of related creative tracks: design, interactive development, copywriting and content strategy
• Experienced in: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, Fireworks and Dreamweaver.
• Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
• Excellent English and Albanian
• Good people skills, Passionate attitude, enthusiasm and a sense of humor
• Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced
