Bank Accounts Specialist

Purpose of Position

Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.


Main Tasks


  • Pull entries from journals and post them to subsidiary and general ledgers.
  • Monitor the cash coming in and out of the bank and maintain the necessary records. Prepare bank accounting reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and regularly submit them to management.
  • Reconciling the data of banks every day.
  • Prepare the reports for money collection from shops and banks.

Skills


  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Very good command of English language;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Very Good communications skills

Experience


  • At least three years experience of similar position

Education


  • Bachelor degree in Finance
