Prospect C&S company is looking for a BP Analyst position for an international pharmaceutical company, market leader in Albania and Kosovo.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful incumbent will play an instrumental role in performing planning and analysis of various financial data.
The position will contribute to the BU’s financial and business strategies in cooperation with business partners, to support the business for implementation of initiatives critical to those strategies, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the productivity and success of the Business. Support purchasing process at the company. The position will support IGM and DD processes.

Major Accountabilities:
- Supporting the Head of Finance by actively participating in Budgeting and Rolling Forecast process.
- Supporting the Head of Finance by being responsible for P&L analysis of deviations of Actual vs. Budget/ Forecast.
- Applying proper planning tools (BPC, Cognos etc.) and assist in preparation of Budget/ BR presentations.
- Providing support to the Head of Finance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities, ensuring quality of submission and providing explanation on variances to plan.
- Responsible for supporting S&OP process in close cooperation with Marketing and Logistic with attention also at forecasting accuracy.
- Active participation in developing and analyzing company Strat. Plan
- Providing operational support to ad hoc analyses.
- Constructing forecasts and analytical models
- Working on productivity initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master University degree in Finance / Economics;
- Fluency – written and spoken – in English;
- At least 3 years experience in similar position;
- Ability to plan and manage under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Experience in finance/controlling in international business environment would be an advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions;
- Experience with specialized financial software;
- Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Excel skills, PowerPoint and Word;
