Manage and guarantee ITservice operations, system availability and performance monitoring

Key accountabilities anddecision ownership:


  • E2E Service Monitoring and improvement;
  • Incident Management & Problem Management;
  • Quality Control of systems performance;
  • Release deployment execution and integrated planning;
  • Continual Service Improvement;
  • Application Operations aligned with TDs.

Core competencies, knowledgeand experience:


  • Extensive experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, rating, billing, CRM Solutions, BI etc;
  • Extensive experience in handling Incident & Problem Management.

Must have technical /professional qualifications:


  • Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian (speaking and writing).
