- E2E Service Monitoring and improvement;
- Incident Management & Problem Management;
- Quality Control of systems performance;
- Release deployment execution and integrated planning;
- Continual Service Improvement;
- Application Operations aligned with TDs.
Core competencies, knowledgeand experience:
- Extensive experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, rating, billing, CRM Solutions, BI etc;
- Extensive experience in handling Incident & Problem Management.
Must have technical /professional qualifications:
- Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian (speaking and writing).
