Sales Manager
The profile:
§ Excellent communications skills
§ Good command of English
§ Clear driving licence and ability to drive in the country
§ Computer knowledge (MS Office)
§ Strong desire to develop and learn new things
§ Customer – service attitude
§ Abilities to influence others
§ Excellent people management skills
§ Experience as sales representative
The role:
§ Develops and implements sales plan in cooperation with Marketing department
§ Builds and leads an effective sales team
§ Sets up, manages and monitors the business objectives for each representative
§ Develops medical representatives professionally through coaching and regular performance-based feedback.
§ Selects candidates and recruits new representatives in cooperation with HR and his/ her manager according to the headcount plan.
§ Organizes and coordinates the activities of medical representatives establishing regular communication with each of them.
